Payment

Cash, Mastercard, Visa, checks and money orders are accepted at this time for payment. There is a $40.00 return check fee.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified QIC at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a self-pay rate for the missed appointment fee.
